1. Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Then add all your muffin ingredients into a bowl. Mix thoroughly until you have a nice thick batter. Put in oven for 8-10 minutes.
2. Mix all frosting ingredients together
3. Once cooled top with frosting

Lily’s Comment: This has to be one of the best snack hacks and they can be filled with literally any of your favourite fillings. My go to’s are different types of berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries) or Reece’s peanut butter chips or different types of nuts. Give different combos a go!
