1/2 mashed banana
1.5 tbsp coconut flour
1 tsp raw cacao powder
1/2 – 1 cup almond milk (depending on consistency)
2 egg whites
1/4 cup frozen mixed berries
1. Whisk up all ingredients in together except for berries.
2. Then fold in frozen mixed berries.
3. Heat Non stick pan with coconut oil.
4. Pop on pan & flip when starting to brown……….THAT’S IT!
Stack with Greek yogurt, berries, cacao nibs, and protein sauce!
(Protein sauce: 1/2 scoop WPI, 1tsp cacao powder, 2 tbsp water)
